With a passion for movement, strength and education, Physical SubCulture Productions is an ongoing effort to be the educational ambassadors of fitness, training and the history of our culture’s quest for ability. Our vision is accomplished through effort, not budget, passion, not flash, and we’re aiming to become a pivotal part in telling the story of strength and achievement.

Where did the barbell come from?

How did the bike become popular?

Is it true that many of our modern ideas of training come from the demands of war?

Let’s find out!
