Exercises
Here are some of the exercises we use regularly at Bodytribe. Try these in many modern McGyms and folks will look at you funny, but they might leave you alone. Now remember that the exercises are only one part of the equation. For program design ideas, we post different workouts all throughout the week on our blog, or you can watch dozens of our workouts on YouTube.

TOWEL PULLUPS
In our case, canvas bag pullups, since we can never seem to find a good, strong towel when we want one, but we have canvas duffel bags all over the place;
Toss the towel/canvas bag around your pullup bar.
Grab it with a crushing grip. The grip usually gives out before anything else on these, hence their importance to the whole grip-strengthening game.
Pull yourself up. Pictured is the optional raised-leg technique, which makes them extra yummy.
