Battle of the Bands
If you aren’t special enough to have bitchin’ squat cages with built-in band hooks, then what do you hook bands to? Easy. Heavy Dumbbells.
Except for large or super huge bands, moderate to heavy dumbbells should be enough to hold your bands in place. Here’s some examples:

One dumbbell is probably enough, but for added tension and security, loop the band under another one


For benching, loop a mini under the dumbbell and both ends onto the bar

Notice the dumbbell is only 70 pounds. Unless you’re quite tall, or have super long arms, 70 pounds works fine. But if you want to ensure that sucker isn’t going anywhere, go heavier.
