Wednesday nights at 5:00 pm sometimes find us presenting the opportunity to incorporate a new movement or technique into your growing palate of possibilities. We’ll spend about an hour learning something new or mastering something you’ve been practicing. These are FREE to Bodytribe members and $10 for anyone else.
