Tuesday quickie
Forgot to post the squat workout yesterday. Sorry.
Today:
Lift of the Day: ME Bench Press
Today’s Combo Catch: Robert Altman

Busy, but will catch up soon:
The Second Saturday ArtWalk was a little insane this month…. more later.
Sunday found me spending time in San Francisco with my good friend Ani Kyd, who originally introduced me to Jello Biafra a couple of years ago (who played us a bunch of upcoming Alternative Tentacles releases and kept me up past my bed time, making my Monday morning appearance on Sacramento and Co. less than wide-awake).
Tonight I leave for Jello’s B-Day bash at the Great American Music Hall, meeting again with Ani and her posse.
Tomorrow I’m interviewed for a feature about Bodytribe in the Sacramento Bee.
Thursday and Friday I’ll be in the studio recording drums tracks for the upcoming Silver Darling album, produced by the fearless Christian Kiefer.
Saturday Bodytribe Powerlifter Mieke Smythe finally marries her beau of a century or so, John. Congrats you guys.

Sunday I sleep in until Monday.

Interesting to note Michelle’s comment regarding the ease of her recent bike ride. “Trickle-down” training-effect in action?

Just make sure you don’t greet the Sac Bee employee with one of those home made club bells. They might think you have something funny up your sleeve. Oh….unless I suppose your not wearing a sleeve at the time. Put em through a workout when they finish the interview ! Remember to get your needed rest if you can as time allows…..got to have that energy to keep playing. Cheers.

So cool that T-Nation stole it for one of their articles. But we don’t mind.

Does T-Nation *ever* go about getting their photos legally?
Either way, it was damned cool to see a photo of a woman lifting on T-Nation that wasn’t, for lack of a better term, objectifying. Didn’t think they had it in ‘em…
