Today’s workout:
Strict Overhead Press. Sets of 3-5.
Ring work:
Ring fly-outs (as seen in this video).
Ring 1-arm presses: rings-1.mov
400m run, 12 pullups, 6 glute/ham raises (either with knees high on pad or with weight). X3 for time (yep, like CF’s ‘Helen’ but replacing swings with a different challenge.

This Saturday is Bodytribe’s 5-Year Anniversary, and we’ll celebrate like we do every year (except a little slower and with harder hearing) by throwing yet another Second Saturday Bash. The theme, as it is each May, is BODY, the art will all have to do with, you guessed it, the Body.
Being 5 years old means we’re beyond potty training but will just be entering school, with many years to go until we graduate. The lessons are sometimes overwhelming, and once in a while we have to remind ourselves of what we do.
This is What We Do (you might be in this video). Thanks for everyone who has been, or still is, a part of the Tribe. I hope I’ve been able to give you at least a part of what you’ve given me.

Thanks for having Jess and I over for your second Saturday. It was a pleasure performing Acro Yoga and meeting you. I am interested in Body Tribe now more than ever!
