Shrugging off Austin and getting back to work

Clearing the dust off the limbs and brain, here’s the last two workouts:
Tuesday:
Lunge buelers/sled drag. Heavy bueler’s 6-8 reps per side/heavy sled 200 feet (2 Bodytribe laps). 3 sets, very little rest.
KB Squat Press. 8-10 reps. 3 sets. Simple
Tire Flips/tire slams. 5 flips, 10 slams per side. FAST. as many rounds as necessary.

Austin and Global Warming

Quick workout at Hyde Park Gym (which you’ll read more about in a minute) today:
1-arm snatches/windmills. up to one rep max.
bent rows/hang cleans/jump squats/pullups. One bar (except for the pullups), 3 reps each, fairly heavy, and as fast as possible. 6 sets, with relatively short rest.

Yesterday we were visited by our friend from Rocklin/Roseville, Zac. After some speed work on his bench press, he decided to throw a barbell around, and kicked out the following jam:
Bent row/power clean/front squat/press/goodmorning/back squat. 95 pounds. 30 reps.

Dance for me

Workout:
Overhead squats with kettlebells on bands. 4 sets of 5 reps. Slap yourself if you haven’t tried this yet. Whatever you hang from the bar better be pretty darn light. Here’s what it looks like.
