Front squats and ‘Helen’

We’re still cranking up the conditioning, but only for another 2 weeks. Then, although not ignoring GPP, we’ll start getting a little more specific, focusing on the two upcoming meets in February and March.
So, for today:
Front squats. 20 reps with a 10 rep weight. Yikes. Have fun.
Let’s attack a CrossFit WOD today. “Helen” is today’s choice. 400m run, 21 KB swings, 12 pullups. 3 rounds, and time it!
