I love ice cream

And this is my punishment:
Pushup row/burpee/push press. one pair of dumbbells, which you’ll hold onto even during the burpees, for 5 of each, 5 times.
5 pushup rows (per side)
5 burpees
5 push presses
repeat 5 times and time it.

Take it easy.

Move a little, but not much.  We’ll keep the joints lubricated  Wanna swing a club a little? Maybe get the cardboard out and do some break dancing? Get into a bar fight with a 3rd grader (candy bar fight)?
Just keep the intensity low.   Eat well. Be well.  Tomorrow things get a little crazy again.
