Sine the workouts haven’t differed to drastically from last week, I haven’t been posting them. The exercise selection for the maxes might change just a little (bench press with bands instead of straight bench, for instance), but the supplemental work is similar.

Camilo came up with a brutal workout, for those looking for some serious metabolism revving and GPP training:

Alternating KB cleans/turkish get up/ball slams/jump rope.  Alternating KB cleans takes a bit of rhythm, dropping into one clean while the other stays close to the ground, only to be cleaned as soon as the other one starts to be lowered.  The TGU should be fairly heavy, low reps on each side, but the ball slams are explosive and higher reps.  Then a minute of rope jumping.  That’s one round.  Your goal is between 5-10 rounds, nonstop.  Have fun.
