DMX has some ’splaining to do.

I call bullshit.
So while DMX digs his way out of this one, we’re going to workout. Our buddy Brent is back in town, so we had to get his lift on.
Pullups/deadlift. Make the pullups hard, either through added weight or through technique. I used a canvas duffel bag wrapped over the bar for a grip challenge, combined with keeping my legs up in an L position for the whole exercise. Brent threw a belt on and hung some weight off his waist. So the reps were low, 6-8 range, followed by a heavy deadlift single, about 80-90% of my max. 4 sets.
Tire flips/sled tug/med ball throw. 5 tire flips, 3 lengths of rope for the sled (tire sled with sandbags inside), so about 75 feet total, med ball throws against a wall, 10-20 reps, using different throwing techniques.
10 minutes non-stop = do-gooder
15 minutes = hero
20 minutes = super hero
