Trainer Camilo brought this workout to our mix today.

Power cleans.  Sets: 5,5,3,3,1 working up to something close to your max.

That weight and bar will now be used for the following exercises:

Squats.

Jerk Press

Bent rows

5 sets of 3-5 reps each.  No racks, so once you hit your powerclean single weight, you’ll have to powerclean it up for the first two exercises above, for every set.

One bar, one weight, lots of fun.
