Deadlift. Haven’t done good ol’ dead maxes in a while. Some warm ups and then lots of singles, getting heavier and heavier.
Pull Some Weight Challenge: super heavy lockouts (hand/thigh lifts)/moderate weight snatch grip high pulls (speed is the goal)/pullups (weighted, if you can). Reps: 1/5/5. How many times can you go through this combo in 10 minutes?
15 minutes?
20 minutes?!
Finish off with some face pulls or hitchhiker strap pulls (2 sets of 10)

The 20 minute version of the combo is brutal. Try going heavier and heavier on the hand and thigh lift with every other set.
