Max Effort Turkish Getups.  Warm up into this one like any max effort lift, but today we’re going to go heavy with Turkish Getups. Any implement you care to use, but let me give a shout out for the god ol’ barbell.

Jerk Press.  Low reps today.  Go heavy. 5 sets of 3 reps.

Burpee-pullups.  The jump from the burpee will lead you right into a pullup.  See how long it takes to do 20.  or 30.

Burpee-Pullup:  a burpee into a pullup.  Simple.

    Did a successful TGU last thursday with the 45lb bar. Woot! for me! Even my retarded left side. :)

    Burpee pullups will be added to the arsenal. Good stuff!
