Physical Subculture

From as far away as Rhode Island we gathered, learned, shared and wept (at least on the inside). A handful of pictures of the Strength Camp can be found here:

Here’s some of the combos we did:

1 minute of pushups with a weighted vest.

Wall squats with KB.

There were many more, including tire flips, KB work, clubbell drills (1 minute of rockets)…

etc.etc.etc.

Fun was to had by all.
