Dead Can Dance

Deadlift. Haven’t done good ol’ dead maxes in a while. Some warm ups and then lots of singles, getting heavier and heavier.

Max Effort Turkish Getups.  Warm up into this one like any max effort lift, but today we’re going to go heavy with Turkish Getups. Any implement you care to use, but let me give a shout out for the god ol’ barbell.

Strength Camp

This weekend is the Gathering of the Tribes Strength Camp.  The gym has been undergoing renovations and we’ve been busy prepping for this event. Sorry about the lack of posts here recently, but after this camp, I’ll be free to start updating the workouts and web pages.  Thanks!
