Don’t just hop off the couch and try this one (like I did). Warm up, maybe even do a bit of a workout first. Then give yourself a couple minutes to kill yourself.

100 foot sandbag carry (we used 150#)

100 foot sled blast (we had 95# on the sled)

50 foot pushup crawl

10 pullups

time it. David set the record at about 1:20. Anything under 2 minutes is pretty darn good.
