Changed computers and decided to rearrange the gym, so posting on here hasn’t been easy. Due to these changes, I’ve had less time to workout, so I’ve been abbreviating the workouts and getting my butt kicked in the process.
Here’s a recent one:
Max squat (still trying to get some max lifting in)
KB Combo of the Beast: squat presses (often called thrusters, but that sounds like porn move more than an exercise)/swings (with the same pair of KB’s)/burpees.
6/6/6 reps. 3 times. Light sled dragging between the sets adds a little bonus.

Al swinging (I don’t have a picture of a double swing… sorry).
