A good day to work the legs as individual entities, so we’ve got a couple of single leg exercises in today’s mix, helpful for my skinny, pale twigs. 

We haven’t maxed out on our squats recently.  Today’s a good day.

Max squats

1 leg jump ups onto the highest box you can manage for reps. 4 sets of 5 reps (high box) or 10 reps (lower box)

KB single leg deadlifts/sled blasts.  6 reps per side/2 laps (200 feet), 3 sets.
