borrowing from several different modalities, here’s today’s challenge:
Deadlifts/pullups/sled tugs.
Universal Champion: 125% of weight on all three exercises (for pull up, add 25% of your body with a belt). Rep scheme: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, etc. of each, with the sled tug being half (rounded up, 5, 5, 4, 4, etc. each full length of rope counting as a rep)
Mighty superhero: 100%. Same rep scheme as above
Bad Ass intern: 80% Same rep scheme as above
Trial period: change the rep scheme to 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, with the tug always half.
