American Idol alternative

It is understandably hard to step away from the Idol hype all over TV today for even a minute, but if you can, here’s today’s workout:

Jerk Press. heavy-ish. 6 working sets of 3 reps.

Bench press with chains. 3 sets, 8 reps.

Forward Push Up Crawls. 50-100 feet.  Depending on ability, 1 set might be enough.  Otherwise, try it a couple of times. For video, click here: push-up-crawl-forward.wmv

Alternating windmills/hanging leg raises.  1 minute each, 3 sets.
