Since no one ever actually reads these posts, I’m going to let some language fly.  Clinton Portis, you and your dog fighting pal Vick are both reprehensible rich-punk scum.  Too bad only a small portion of the population will fully understand the depth of stupidity both of you men have proven to dwell in.  The sad fact is that somehow, despite condoning animal mutilation, there’s a bunch of idiots out there thinking ‘just let them play football.  That’s what’s important.’

That’s just sad.

Today’s workout was meant to be brutal enough to get my mind of stupid people.  It almost succeeded.

Heavy front squats. 4 sets of trying to get to 6 reps.

single leg jumps, up onto the highest box you can. 3 sets of 5-10 reps.

Glute Ham Developers.  3 sets. 6-10 reps.

Lunge Buelers/sled pull.  8-10 reps/200 feet (two laps in Bodytribe world).  Don’t skimp on weight, make it hard.  2 sets of this ought to kill you.

  • Actually, I’ve been reading these posts since March. I too am a trainer/coach who has had enough of bodybuilding’s influence on fitness. I won’t go on a rant here, but I enjoy anything about what I call the “underground fitness world.” If I’m ever in Sac town, I’ll stop by and check you guys out in person. Love the web site!
