We have two weeks until our April competition.  At this point, we’re going to focus on the main lifts with little else in the way of supplimental work.

So let’s keep it simple (and for anyone NOT competing, this is a great little blast of squat work to go craxy with.):

Max Squat.

Heavy walkout and partials.

Goodmornings. 2 sets. 6-10 reps.

Saxon Bends. 2 sets. 6-10 reps.

Just make it all heavy.

go home and eat!
