Old School is the only school
Let’s go weird.
First, a pull up challenge:
Time yourself for reps. 25? 50? 100?
How long does it take?
Two-hands anyhow max. Old school. Although very few people know how to do this lift (which involves the strange, exotic Bent Press), it’s a good time to learn. Video here (with two kettlebells, a 100 pound homemade job, and a 70 pounder):
Turkish Get Up Variation. If you love turkish get ups (and I know you do), then add a windmill and a 2-handed snatch to the mix.
More video:
See the whole workout here, which also includes a finisher with some hang cleans.:

This is really dumb but I have been making the two hands anyhow way too hard. I always forced myself to curl the second weight from the bent position. It’s called 2 hands anyhow for a reason.
So can we get extra credit for using a barbell in place of at least on kettlebell?

Curling has always been one of the chosen methods, but I’ve always prefered cleaning the weight, being a sub-par curler and all.

Oh, and I actually prefer a barbell for the bent press portion. It just looks cooler.
