Squat and Gobble

Max box squats, with a bonus:  after working up to some heavy singles, follow each single with a heavy farmer’s walk.  Handles, dumbbells or sandbags, it doesn’t matter.

Goodmornings/sled pulls.  Goodmornings for reps, sled pulls (backwards) 200 feet (or two Bodytribe laps)

Turkish get up/lunge/sandbag shuttle:  HEAVY barbell t-get ups, heavy enough that 1 rep on each side is barely doable (put some bumper plates on the barbell, just in case you drop it), then lunge about 100 feet (with weights, if brave), then stack every sandbag in the gym (we’ve got 5 50#ers and 5 20#ers and run them to the other side of the gym as fast as you can).  Oh, and do this three times.

Squat day (not box squats though, sorry)

Earl dreaming he was a farmer, or at least walking like one.
