[ January 24, 2007; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. ] AJ Sanchez and I will be teaching a Joint Mobility clinic featuring dynamic warm up and mobility drills to keep the limbs limber and pain free. It will be free for Bodytribe members, $5 for list members and $10 for anyone else. Contact me for more info.
Tire flips, 5 being the goal, about 50 feet or so. Conveniently placed there will be a heavy sandbag, which you will pick up and carry to the starting point and then back to the tire, where you will then flip again back to the starting point.
