Squat Attack

A change of pace:

Heavy walkout with partial rep squats.  Really heavy.  Work up to a weight that feels like it will crush you unless you’re totally focused.

Then… for the last three sets, when you’re at your heaviest, follow it immediately with heavy goodmornings, set up at a different rack.  Although feeling light at first, these should be pretty hard, in a 3-6 rep range.

Overhead squats/sled pull (backwards).  6 reps for a moderately heavy OH squat followed by a heavy sled for about 200 feet (2 laps at Bodytribe).  Quad burner supreme.

Posterior chain combo:  GHD/kettlebell swings/sled drag (forward).  6-20 reps/10-20 reps/moderate weight, 200 feet.  3 times.

Have fun.
