Flip, carry, tug and drag

Tire flips, 5 being the goal, about 50 feet or so.  Conveniently placed there will be a heavy sandbag, which you will pick up and carry to the starting point and then back to the tire, where you will then flip again back to the starting point.

Once if you’re good.  Twice if you’re great.

Tug the sled, heavy for 5 lengths of the rope (about 200 feet).  One round, make it heavy.

Drag the sled, about 300 feet (3 laps at Bodytribe). Moderate-heavy weight.  This is the recovery finisher.
