It’s box squat day again.  But we’re adding a bonus. After warming up and working our way to the big weights, we’ll do 6 singles at about 90-95% of our max.  After each single we’re doing a 3-rep speed deadlift at about 55% of our max.

So: heavy box squat single/speed deadlift triple, 6 sets.

Then, nothing fancy, just 3 sets of goodmornings from pins. Moderate reps (6-10).

Lunges/sled pull (backwards)/sandbag shuttle run. Slightly weighted lunges, followed by a very heavy sled pull (100 feet) followed by carrying 6-8 sandbags of varying weight, one at a time, 50 feet and dropping them.  Go for time oin the first set and try to beat that time n the next set.
