Funky lift day

One-arm barbell push press.  Heavy, work up to a few sets of heavy singles. Start with a one arm clean to get the bar into position.  If you want to add a bonus, windmill the weight at the top of the press.

Power snatches from a hang position.  AJ was finishing his workout the other day with this combo:  drop set of hang snatches, three bars of descending weight, sets of 10,8,6,4,2,1, non-stop through all three bars.  Brutal.
