Big combo: one-arm snatches (KB’s preferably)/farmer’s walk/club rockets/farmer’s walk/band wood chops/farmer’s walk/band twists/farmer’s walk
Or something like that. Replace anything you don’t know, but keep sticking the farmer’s walk between any choice you make. We went fairly light for the walk, but played with grip, seeing how far we could go grabbing the body of the farmer’s walk handle, before switching back to the actual handle grip. We went through the whole combo twice. 10 reps per side of everything (unless we did pretty heavy snatches, then 6 reps) and one minute for the rockets.
