Push Pull challenge II
The name for this combo is “gettin’ stupid,” because it is simply the result of ridiculous experimentation. Try it…
KB incline press with bands/kb bent rows with bands (see below): go for heavy reps and match the row with the press. 4 sets, with bonus sets for trying heavier weight.
Strap pushups/pullups: like with rings, but we’re too cheap so we use our sled straps. Again try to match the pull with the push, as many as you can. 3 sets.
Hand clean/push press: heavy for about 6 reps each. 4 sets, if you’re grip isn’t fried from the strap work (if it is, you know what you need to work on).
