Dan John inspired this one, and Tribe member Brent popularized it within Bodytribe.
Basic: 400 meter run, KB swing for 15 reps (easier) or 20 reps (harder). 4 rounds for time.
Bonus versions: add pullups, burpees or just pushups.
400 meters at Bodytribe starts at the back of the gym, through the front door and around half the block and coming back up the alleyway.
