Push/Pull challenge
Incline Bench/pullups: Heavy inclines for low reps, quickly followed by pullups of any variation, although we’ve been playing with throwing the sled strap over the bar and using it with legs straight out in front (no kipping). It’s pictured below.
Press from pins: Moderate weight, see how long it takes to do 20 reps. We’ve been playing with narrow grip at about 65% of our bench max. At about rep 8, 9 or 10, things start to slow down.
Sandbag bent rows/push press: 4 sets of 10, very short rest periods.
