Have some fun today with squats and deadlifts.

Max effort box squat (work up to a one rep max)

Deadlifts for reps.  Switch stance from your usual.  If you prefer traditional, go sumo or vice versa.

Lunge buelers/saxon bends/sled drag

10 reps each side for the first two and 3 heavy laps for the drags, 3 times, non-stop.  This could be timed, but too often form goes to heck with buelers and the sled when under the gun.

    Can you give a brief description of the bueler lunge? Do we lunge down, grasp bar, stand by bringing the leading foot parallel with the following foot and rotating the body to face the wall, and then lunge in the opposite direction?
