Turkish Get Up/ Windmill max day

Perform a turkish get up single on each side, with a windmill at the top. Go heavier with each set until ya can’t.
A Barbell with bumper plates is recommended, since there is a chance of dropping it. But anything from kettlebells to farm animals can work, although you need to keep feeding the animal to make it heavier as you go (or work through different animals. Start with a field mouse. Then grab a chicken, followed by a goat, maybe ending with a cow).
