The Challenge

 

For the novice tire flipper, grab a partner.  This 525# tire won’t flip itself, but sometimes it won’t flip much even with a little help.  Two pairs of hands and legs might be better than one.  But before flipping it, grab a leverage club and beat the crap out of it.  So the challenge can be with either one or two people at a time, depending on your experience and ability with the tire.

Tire Beating:  15 reps per side

Tire Flipping: 5-10 flips,

3-5 sets.
