Workout: Tabata Intervals, Hell style (10-sec rest taken in compromised position)
KB Swing @ 53# (must hold onto KB throughout entire 4-minute session)
Squat @ plus 15# vest (rest taken in bottom position, thighs parallel to floor)
Push-Press @ 2x 25# DBs (rest taken in lockout postion)
Ball Slam @ 25# ball (rest taken with ball held locked out overhead)
8x (20-sec work, 10-sec rest) at each station, one minute rest between rounds
Score is sum of lowest number of reps in any work interval per position
